To be eligible to take the ITIL(r), certification exam, candidates must have completed accredited training from an authorized provider. Today’s launch of the ITIL(r), 4 update. Version 3 was released in 2007 and last updated in 2011. The update was a more subtle update to the presentation and format of the learning material. This is the first major update to the ITIL(r), framework in 12 years. ITIL(r), 3 will not be expired and is still relevant globally; the v4 update is an updated and improved set practices that better align with current technologies and teams.
