PRINCE2 Certification is a valuable asset
It is worth getting certified in PRINCE2 to demonstrate your understanding of the Framework and Methodology. This certification is valuable to employers who require their employees to work in a specific work area. Isolation does not provide security for the project management role. Employers also ask for evidence of the candidate’s previous project management experience. This includes details such as: What type of projects were they involved in, how did they do it, and what was the success rate. Candidate must be able to show the projects he has managed previously, no matter how small or large. All variables, such as time, cost and quality, are taken into consideration. This is why a task that has a set time frame is considered a project. It doesn’t matter how many people are involved or how much work it requires. It is possible to look at the work of a person and see how it could be expressed in terms Project Management. The Candidate might think about applying a structured project management approach when they move on to the next project. This can be used both for technical work and later demonstrations. Every Project is unique and requires a different approach to managing Clients, Team members, and Project Circumstances. A PRINCE2 Certification is similar to driving lessons. Driving on the streets is not a prerequisite for learning how to drive. The same goes for project management. You cannot lead a project if you don’t take risks and are under stress. If you are interested in Project management, PRINCE2 is worth it. It is worth learning the methods to understand and apply each in every project you manage. Author : Lisa Findlay
